This notice covers the Rokvaren game website and its optional development-news signup.
What the news form collects
If you choose to sign up, we save your email address, the time and version of your consent, and a one-way hash of a random removal receipt. We use your email for Rokvaren development and release updates. Signing up does not buy a game, reserve a copy, or grant access.
Storage and service providers
Signup records are stored in the website’s hosted Cloudflare D1 database. Hosting infrastructure processes routine request metadata for delivery and security. The signup service uses a short-lived hash derived from request-network information to limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not saved in the signup table. Expired rate-limit records are removed when the service next receives a request.
Your choice
The form requires your consent. After a successful signup, this browser stores a random removal receipt so that “Remove my saved signup” can remove the matching record. This local receipt is not an advertising identifier. If you clear browser storage, that receipt is lost. Future marketing messages must include a removal option before email campaigns are enabled.
You can use the removal control in the news section on the same browser. This version does not send automated marketing messages. Records are retained until removal or until the news-list purpose ends.
Cookies and payments
The website does not add advertising analytics or nonessential tracking cookies. The hosting provider may use security or access-control cookies. Purchases are disabled; no payment details are collected by this site.
Contact and requests
For a privacy request that cannot be handled by the saved-receipt control, contact the project owner through Grant Corporation and identify Rokvaren in your request. Do not include card details or passwords.
